HR Systems & MI Manager - Northamptonshire - Permanent
Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a large, market leading organisation in the recruitment of an HR Systems & MI Manager position. The role will be based in Northamptonshire, although travel may be required to other sites occasionally. The role is permanent and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
The HR Systems & MI Manager will manage the strategy for the function, which will involve partnering with the HR Director, as well as other senior stakeholders to ensure the business is able to access the right information and reports at all times. Given the nature of the role, a high level of technical expertise, particularly with relevant systems, is required. The HR Systems & MI Manager will be able to flex and shift style to suit a varying audience.
From a technical perspective, the HR Systems & MI Manager will be the key responsible for design and implementation of new metric systems and solutions; this could be on business wide systems or tailored for bespoke offerings to set parts of the business. The postholder will lead the ongoing testing of systems for quality purposes, as well as testing and piloting of new systems prior to implementation. The postholder will be accountable for the cleanliness and accuracy of all HR related data.
From a management perspective, the HR Systems & MI Manager will manage the HR Service and MI teams effectively to ensure project deadlines and checkpoints are met. The postholder will oversee the day to day activities and will manage the performance of all team members. Coupled with this, the postholder will take the initiative on training and coaching the team, as well as the recruitment of new team members. The postholder will also be accountable to ensuring team members perform within set SLAs.
Extensive experience of managing HR systems and team management are required. The ability to demonstrate project management skills and having delivered business impact in the past is also essential to be considered for this role. You will also be commercially focused and be able to prioritise a varied list of projects. Oracle HR & iTrent experience are desirable.
