Job Description

A fast growing Time Top 100 organisation with a fantastic culture are currently recruiting a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner for a 12 month contract to support on a range of generalist HR duties such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management, implementing policies and procedures etc as well as supporting with a HR system implementation and roll out. This is a fantastic experience for a generalist HR Advisor to get exposure across the business, to work on a project that will add value to your career whilst working in a generalist HR role.

Looking for a generalist HR professional who has worked in a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner who some experience in supporting with a system implementation. The role is based in Wawickshire and paying £35,000 - £40,000 p.a, private health care, 8% matched pension and 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.


The Role


Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner you will use your solid generalist HR experience to lead on a range of employee relations duties including disciplinaries & grievances, performance management and absence management and the effective implementation of new policies and procedures.


A large part of your work will be to work closely with the HR & I.T Systems Manager and the HR team you will be support with the coordination of the system implementation into the business whilst up skilling the HR team in order for them to develop their technical knowledge. You will be first point of contact for all system related queries and problems and you will take ownership of the HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance System that currently all run separately. The key focus is to ensure the systems are implemented correctly and coordinate all systems to work together, in order that is provides an in-depth analysis across a range of people data to support effective planning and decision making and ensuring the timely delivery of meaningful MI.

The Candidate


You will have previous experience in a similar role or have managed a project within HR to implement a new HR system. You will have a strong functional HR system skill set and have the ability to proactively solve problems. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including the system builders is important, so you will have strong communication skills as well as I.T skills.
