HRIS Analyst - Northampton - 6 Months - up to £40,000
Macildowie HR is pleased to be working with an exciting growth business with the recruitment of an interim HRIS Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRIS Analyst to utilise existing knowledge and experience in a transformational environment where the business is investing in their data and HRIS capabilities. The role will be recruited on an initial 6 month FTC and our client can offer a salary up to £40,000.
The HRIS Analyst will take on a mix of operational and tactical accountability for the development of HRIS processes, data quality control and reporting systems. Working as part of the project team, and with the wider HR team, the HRIS Analyst will fulfil a role in which the focus is to futureproof the business and ensure excellence of systems and processes. With a systems overhaul at the heart of the requirement for this project team, the HRIS Analyst will approach the position with intent to map out new processes, test and improve existing processes and build data tools which are fit for purpose with the end user in mind which will facilitate an environment where analytical insights inform the business to enable better decision making.
To be considered for this role you will have a systems analytics background and will have support similar projects. You will be proficient in use of Excel and will have SQL or similar database experience. Experience of building reporting tools and dashboards from scratch are a must, as well as experience in automation and data management.
