HR MI Analyst
£35k per annum
Milton Keynes
Permanent & FTC (2 roles)

Macildowie HR are working closely with a large organisation based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a HRMI Analyst to join there growing team. This role is part of the MI team within Human Resources Operations, part of Internal Client Services supporting the business. The team is responsible for delivering analytics and key management information and business insights on all people issues to the firm's Executive, Talent Executive and HR partner as well the Service lines, which is vital to run a successful people based business.

Key Responsibilities

You will liaise with different stakeholders across the organisation, to establish what processes/procedures are necessary to deliver the correct information to enable them to run their business successfully.
-Contribute to various projects and take responsibility for supporting any activities through the provision and analysis of other HR management information and/or development of specific tools.
-Build relationships by developing and understanding the MI requirements within the business and the tools required to manage processes
-Create and provide timely and accurate monthly MI for specific areas within the business and supporting specific business areas through the annual pay review
-Develop processes for creating and sharing MI
-Maximise SAP HR MI capability
-To contribute to various projects and take responsibility for any activities through supporting the provision and analysis of other HR management information and/or development of specific tools.
Technical Skills
-Reporting applications and visualisation tools
-Excel skills
-Experience with SAP HR MI (Adhoc Query) capabilit
-Manipulate queries and reports
The ideal candidate will be someone who is been within a similar for 2-3 years, able to work within a large team and has the ability to work well under pressure in the face of conflicting and/or short deadlines
