Partnering with General Managers and branch teams you will deliver a commercial HR service.
A team player, you will add value through maximising profitability, whilst ensuring successful TUPE mobilisation and cultural integration.
You will have at least 3 years post CIPD experience, strong negotiating and influencing skills gained in a unionised environment and a track record of providing solutions to complex problems.
Based between Bedfordshire and Birmingham, your location can be flexible, but you must be prepared to travel regularly within the UK.
