Macildowie Marketing are working with one of the UK's fastest growing health and nutrition brands located in Nottingham to hire an Influencer Marketing Manager. This is an opportunity to work within an exciting and constantly evolving product and service offering covering fitness, diet and healthy living. Their customers range from elite athletes to gym novices and anyone looking to eat well and get fit.
The Influencer Marketing Manage will therefore be responsible for cultivating an existing influencer base from social media influencers to GB Athletes ambassadors ensuring they are engaged and promoting the brand at every opportunity. You will also play a key role in managing and working with a PR agency; creating engaging articles to showcase the products and services.
You will work closely with the wider Marketing team including the Social Media Manager, Partnerships Team, Campaign Manager and Advertising Team to support them in campaign activation.
-Build strong relationships with current and new ambassadors/influencers
-Deliver excellent service, guidance, and opportunities to the influencer base, both activating new influencers and also maximising the influencers currently partnering with eth organisation
-Provide consistent communication across all business matters for creators, including growth trajectory, brand extensions, industry trends, and revenue opportunities
-Monitor analytics to understand best practices and review campaign activations
-Work with new and current Influencers/Ambassadors to activate third-party campaigns and offer a report at the end of each activation
-Work closely with PR agency to create engaging and exciting articles, stories and case studies
Track KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
-Identify talent, build relationships, and negotiate partnerships/influencers to grow talent roster
-Create contracts tailored to each influencer/ambassador
The successful candidate will be someone already familiar with influencer marketing strategies and have a good knowledge of the digital landscape and audience development. You will be flexible and agile, ideally with a passion for healthy eating and able to truly champion the brand. A proven ability to meet big goals and assigned deadlines within budget is needed. It is also important that you have the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external parties to maximise the collaborative creative process. Good negotiating skill and an understanding of Google Analytics would also be a bonus.
