We are delighted to be working with a well known Derbyshire SME who is currently recruiting for a permanent Finance Manager.
Whilst the permanent recruitment process is underway they are looking to appoint an Interim Finance Manager to ensure a successful handover and it is anticipated the role will be a minimum of three and possibly six months.
Reporting to the Finance Director your duties will include:
Month end management accounts including variance analysis and commentary
Management of the general ledger and all balance sheet reconciliations
Production of annual consolidated statutory accounts (In line with UK GAAP, IFRS, and IFRS 102)
Preparation of the annual budget
Maintenance of the fixed asset register
Please note the above duties are a sample of the type of work you will be required to undertake and flexibility will be required to support with ad hoc project work.
At this stage you will be required the cover the recruitment duration of the permanent process and as such you are required to be immediately available or available on very short notice. Please note this role would be suitable for a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
