Interim HR Business Partner Â Northampton Â Reputable Organisation - c£50,000
Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a well known organisation in Northampton in the search for an Interim HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in the provision of HR services to a complex client group. The HR Business Partner role is an interim post and will look to start as soon as possible. The HR Business Partner post will pay equivalent to circa £50,000.
The HR Business Partner will help deliver the HR strategy to ensure a consistently high level of service to end user clients. This will mean getting involved with all aspects of HR including employee relations, engagement, recruitment, training & development and ongoing projects.
The role will be based in Northampton but will involve some travel to 2 other sites in the Midlands. The HR Business Partner will be relied upon to use key HR metrics to make informed and commercial decisions on HR activities and the HR Business Partner will work closely with the wider HR team to ensure timely delivery on key initiatives. This role will also involve writing and rewriting key policies and procedures for the organisation.
To be considered for this role you must be a resilient and commercially minded HR Business Partner with a track record of delivering a solid HR service in a complex business. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to hit the ground running are a must, as well as the ability to demonstrate a flexible and pragmatic approach to working through complex issues and scenarios. You will ideally be fully CIPD qualified.
