Macildowie HR are working with a manufacturing company who are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on an interim basis. You will support in HR administration and first line advising. The salary is between £22,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience.
In this generalist role you will co-ordinate the weekly absence management process working with Line Managers to highlight absence issues and ensure appropriate action is taken, have responsibility for providing HR advice and support to management and staff in all areas of HR such as Employee Relations, Training and Reward.
You will also provide admin and support to HR team and line managers, in all HR matters, ensuring accuracy of information completed to records and systems in a manner which reflect the company values.
As the coordinator you will advise and support on the first stages of the disciplinary process with Line Managers with support from the senior team. Carrying out project work including actions from the SEF, Site social events, implementation of HR processes.
Experience Sought in the Successful Candidate:
- Disciplinary and Grievance
- Absence Management / Attendance Monitoring
- HR Project work
- Policy & Procedure
- CIPD qualification is desirable
- Manufacturing experience is desirable
This is a very fast paced role and it can be demanding at times but the experience will be invaluable.
