An interesting opportunity as an Interim HR Manager has arisen with a fantastic retail business in Nottingham. This is a truly an exciting role, starting ASAP.
Within this role your remit will cover all areas of HR, including talent management; compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations and organisational development.
Our client are looking for an experienced HR professional, with demonstrable experience in driving HR transformation, developing people strategies and leading on commercial projects. You will be a self-starter who is as comfortable with operational HR as strategic HR.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will demonstrate credibility and gravitas at Board level. With strong judgement and decision making, you will coach and guide senior stakeholders. This role would suit a candidate currently operating at HR/Senior HR Business Partner level, looking to progress to leading the HR function.
We are looking to speak to great people who bring senior HR leadership experience of managing and motivating an HR team, where you have driven a positive culture and employee engagement. Successful candidates will additionally possess exceptional communication, influencing, commercial acumen and budget management skills.
