One of our leading Nottingham based businesses is looking for a trainer to join their established training function. You will specialise as an IT Trainer, ensuring that your workforce have the skills and knowledge to carry out their roles in terms of productivity, profitability, and quality. This is an interim role to support in the delivery of key business projects that have a digital element.
This role requires experience in analysing technology/digital training needs and responding to these as appropriate. This work may include the development of online training and support resources and guides, and face to face training, as appropriate to the project being worked on (projects will be linked with new system rollouts).
To be successful in this role you will have experience of delivering training on online collaboration tools such as Sharepoint/Office365 and be used to using a range of learning technologies such as VLE/LMS and ePortfolio. Strong skills in writing and developing online training materials with good content creation skills are essential. As well as the ability to work collaboratively to deliver end-user training for projects on time and to agreed quality outcomes. You will be a skilled communicator who is comfortable delivering training to non-technical groups of staff with varied levels of technical expertise and at all levels of an organisation.
