Regional HR Manager - Northamptonshire - Interim - £45,000 + car
Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a great business with a well known name in the recruitment of an interim Regional HR Manager. The role will be an operational HR Manager role with regular travel and will pay £45,000 + car.
The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for supporting the operation across a varied geography. The HR Manager will work very closely with the site management teams to embed short and long term HR strategies to drive performance, improve engagement and facilitate a culture of team working. The role will involve all aspects of generalist HR, including but not limited to Employee Relations, Reward, Learning & Development, Talent & Succession and change management.
The HR Manager will function in an operational capacity but will also lead on the implementation business wide projects at a local level.
You will have a collaborative, team player mentality and be comfortable with regular travel. Experience working in a fast paced environment is essential to hit the ground running, as well a sound knowledge of ER and change management. You will be comfortable building relationships in a fast paced, challenging environment and will be able to work on your own initiative.
