Interim HR & Reward Analyst - Northampton - 6 Months - up to £40,000
Macildowie are pleased to be working with a growing, award winning business based in Northampton that is looking to hire an interim HR & Reward Analyst to join their busy team. The role will play a key role in providing essential insights into current reward and benefits performance. The successful candidate will join the business for a 6 month period and will be offered a salary up to £40,000.
As expert in HR & reward analytics, you will make use of existing reporting tools while creating new dashboards and metrics to inform the business of reward and benefits performance and HR data.
You will lead on analysis to inform the review of the current pay and benefits package, including management and sales bonus plans. You will assess engagement, cost effectiveness and supplier rates for existing benefits.
You will build relationships with internal stakeholders, work closely with the wider HR team and will also look to form new relationships with external benefits providers.
The candidate will have previous experience working specifically with reward and benefits and will have robust experience in analytics, ideally in an HR or Reward environment. The candidate will also have excellent communication skills, particularly with regards to building relationships with senior stakeholders. The candidate will be highly numerate and highly competent with Microsoft excel.
