Handling a dedicated set of accounts and taking inbound calls to convert to new business/revenue, you will play a key part in the maintenance and progression of this company. The jobs will involved high call volumes and you'll need to be organised to stay on top your workflow, but career progression is possible if you can demonstrate strong work activity.
With a generous bonus structure, there are some elements that are critical to be put forward for the interview, which include:
* Minimum of 6 Months experience in outbound or external sales
* Proven track record of success
* IT literate
* Time management
* Work under pressure
Experience of selling windows and conservatories is not essential, but if would be preferable if your have knowledge or work experience in these fields.
Your will be selling B2B and the clients in which you'll be handling will have a requirement, but it's down to you to build the rapport and establish long term relationships for repeat business and if you succeed, the whole company succeeds (and you earn more bonus).
