Macildowie is thrilled to be supporting the recruitment of an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager for an industry-leading automotive business based in Derby.

This role will hold massive responsibility for all internal communications, spreading news amongst colleagues on all the exciting and innovative things the business is doing!

You will manage the employer brand for the business which is a very strong focus that is often at the forefront of people's minds.

Working closely with the business's sizeable HR, marketing, and recruitment functions, you will make it easy for everyone to communicate the right thing, in the best way, ensuring brand consistency.

Proven experience in a similar role is required and you will be asked to focus your main attention on 3 key pillars:

  • Team Engagement
  • Internal Communications
  • Employer Brand

With flexible working, you will attend the office roughly 3 days per week to work collaboratively with the HR and marketing function on key initiatives. Beyond this, the business has 14 local stores across the UK and you may on occasion be asked to attend the stores locally to report on local news, launches, and developments.
