The specific role will be reporting to the Head of HR and will be working closely with the whole HR team to help source and attract talent for our high performing teams and get to make a real difference to our business. You will be adaptable, enthusiastic and have the ability to build relationships.
Awareness of the recruitment landscape and how you can attract the right talent into the business.
Understand the roles, skills and behaviours the company look's for in candidates.
Drive and monitor internal recruitment campaigns in conjunction with your marketing team reflecting the company's brand.
Use online tools and databases to search for candidates that will fit to vacant roles
Manage applicant administration, logging all candidate details received via the website, from internal referrals, job boards and agencies.
Shortlist candidates based on CVs and telephone screenings.
Co-ordinate with hiring managers to arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates and attend if required.
Send out rejection communication with feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Work with the L&D team to get feedback on new starters during induction.
The ideal candidate would be a contingent consultant looking to move in-house or a possible junior resourcer/recruiter that is looking to stay there.
