Macildowie HR have a rare opportunity for a stand alone Internal Recruitment Specialist to work in a fast growing, forward thinking and creative design organisation who invests in its people's development and works with large well known corporate brands. This award winning organisation is looking for a passionate, engaging and positive Internal Recruiter to manage and own the recruitment process for the business across 2 offices, one in Uppingham and the other in Farringdon. managing the day to day HR issues, HR administration and value add projects. This an interim role for 3-6 months and is offering between £28,000£34,000 dependant on experience and would suit those living in the East of Leicester to eastern Leicestershire and Rutland. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on the organisation's success and shape the recruitment process.
You will own the process and take the recruitment back inhouse to work in partnership with line managers and recruitment agencies as the business are set to grow again. They started the year with 65 people and have since taken on 40 employees and would like to take on another 40 in the next 3-6 months with the help of an interim Internal Recruiter. The organisation want someone who is proactive and creative with regards to attraction methods as well as a passion for engaging with candidates through different social media platforms.
In this role you will use a collaborative working style to manage relationships within the business to build rapport with stakeholders whilst upskilling the HR Administrator as she will be supporting in an administration aspect, such as arranging the interviews and sending out the contracts.
The business are also keen on implementing a 'Training School' so they can bring on school leavers or candidates with a years experience, particularly in programming, to put them through a training course ranging from 3 months to 3 years to grow their own talent that way.
This role will focus more so around IT specific roles such as Junior and Senior Developers, Creative Designers, Project Managers etc but will also look at other roles as well. They will vary from £25,000-£80,000 and will include some quite senior appointments such as Account Directors.
Looking for a credible and experienced Recruiter with the confidence and credibility to work with all levels of employees within the business. You'll either have set up an inhouse recruitment process before or have the understanding on how to do so with a positive mind-set who's keen to grow with an organisation and help put structure in place. You'll be flexible in approach and be willing to travel to their London offices with the CEO on occasions. This is an interim role with an immediate start so you must be immediately available.
