This new International Business Development Manager job will be someone's dream opportunity. You'll be someone who has some experience in an account management or business development job who has got a taste for hunting out and cultivating sales growth through new and existing customer relationships. Excitingly the products you'll be selling are a legal requirement for many companies, so the audience is already half-captivated. The rest of the sell will be as a result of your ability to build a rapport, your attentiveness to your customers needs curiosity and your strong product knowledge (which will be trained)!

- Experience in an account management/sales or business development role
- Experience generating sales orders (even better if these have been from overseas)
- An ability to generate sales growth
- Strong relationship building skills
- An ability to think about solutions to opportunities/challenges
- Good attention to detail (including good numeracy skills)
- A desire to ultimately be the manager of a business unit and manage staff who do the administration allowing you to focus on driving sales growth
- A desire to earn uncapped individual bonus on the new business you generate
