THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of estimates of corporation tax provisions for half year and annual accounts
Preparation and submission of annual corporation tax computations for the group and associated companies to HMRC and overseas tax authorities.
Management of group tax queries
Management of tax software systems and databases
Preparation of tax budgets and cash flows
Analysis of tax planning projects and implementation
Annual review and update of group P11D dispensation agreement
Preparation, submission and agreement of annual PAYE settlement agreement liabilities
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant / tax specialist. You will have sound knowledge of UK and most importantly international tax legislation and accounting. The ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders will be essential in this position.
