As the Inventory Coordinator, you will be self-motivated with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills. In addition to this you will also be extremely versatile, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reconcile stock locations both on systems and through stock reports periodically.
Notifying Sales Operations team of available stocks.
Carry out weekly checks on system to ensure no stock on hand after invoicing has been completed.
Checking invoices for accuracy and requesting revisions from suppliers where necessary.
Collating Goods Received Notes with the relevant invoices.
Raise Purchase Orders and send to supplier when required.
Actively investigate stock discrepancies working with the factories and third party warehouses.
Prepare and publish Weekly Excess Stock report based on stock levels collated from various locations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience of working in international Supply Chain, ideally for a manufacturer with production in China
Experience in Data Entry in an ERP environment
Excellent attention to detail
Good problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
