Job Description

Macildowie are currently supporting a growth focused multinational manufacturing business based in Northampton to recruit an IT Manager on a full time permanent basis.
This business is on an upward growth trajectory and currently supply to some of the world's largest and most respected brands.
This role will play a pivotal role in the organisation, driving the businesses IT strategy and leading on the upgrading and maintenance of the ERP system.
The responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that the IT Systems and Infrastucture are maintained and upgraded in a proactive manner.
Drive process improvement activities across the business, supporting end users to leverage systems capabilities.
Build and implement a full disaster recovery plan - protecting the business in the event of IT failure.
Support the Board, keeping them abreast of technological advances and highlighting opportunities to operate more efficiently.
Keep an accurate and up to date register of all IT Assets - both hardware and software.
Deliver a comprehensive suite of end user training and development.
To be considered for this role you must be/have:
Previous experience of implementing a full end to end ERP system.
Previous experience of designing and delivering systems user training.
Experience supporting board directors and leading on the delivery of business wide IT strategy.
