Job Description

An award winning, international building materials company are looking for IT Project Trainers to join the business on a large scale project. This will be a contract role until December 2020. The role will involve national wide travel and is a fantastic opportunity to get experience in the L&D space.


The Role:
You will be an integral part of the company's system upgrade. With a variety of well known brands under the company name, you will be tasked with training and assisting with the system upgrade for their branches. This will consist of a 2 week training period for each branch where you will be delivering the system upgrade training.
Their branches are spread out across the UK, so this role will require you to be flexible to travel during the week. You will have Monday mornings and Friday afternoons set aside for travel and travel expenses will be paid for. No prior knowledge of their system will be required as you will received full training when you star the role.


The Idea Candidate:
You will be confident, personable and keen to learn about training techniques for group training sessions as well as 1:1's. Previous experience in an L&D role is not essential but an eagerness to perform and learn new skills is. You should enjoy presenting and building relationships with people and have a passion for IT and system improvement.
