A leading services organisation is currently looking for an Interim Supplier / Contract Manager, ICT Supplier Contract Manager to manage the ongoing relationship with key S/W supplier to the business.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working within the Supplier Performance team you will take over the process once the contractual SLA's and KPI's have been agreed and finalised by the Procurement team.
You will then be responsible for maintaining the relationship with the supplier and making sure that the performance is in line with the contract.
You will need to have good internal and external stakeholder management and presentation skills as this is a highly visible position where you will be meeting with internal and external customers regularly to assess needs, performance and to build stronger relationships.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Supplier relationship management experience
Experience in one or more of the areas
Ability to present on performance
