They have grown steadily through careful acquisitions and the need for an Entry Level HR Administrator has arisen from this growth. This would be the perfect role to kick off the New Year and gain a lot of understanding in to a dynamic HR team and exposure to so many aspects.
This is a temporary position for now but they imagine that they will need someone for 3 months initially but this could turn in to a longer contract or a permanent position for the right candidate.
This is a full time position offering £16,000-£19,000. The role is in Coventry but requires someone who can drive as there will be occasional travel to different offices.
In this role you will be providing support and assistance to the HR Manager and HR Advisor in all areas of HR duties. You will be responsible for providing advice and support and handling the early stages of recruitment, employee benefits, training, employee queries, employment law compliance, handling grievances, dismissals, redundancies and disciplinary action.
You will be responsible for giving first line employee relations advice to ensure each department operates within HR Policies, procedures, legislation and best practice and updating all policies and procedures when necessary. Strong analytical skills will be necessary to support the HR Team in identifying trends and potential issues regarding sickness/turnover/reviews and presenting them to managers on a weekly basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to work on projects as you will be taking the lead role in updating and looking at new benefits packages for employees. You will also be assisting in employee training and performance management as and when necessary.
