Junior HR Business Partner - c£35,000 - Northamptonshire - 12month Contract
Macildowie is pleased to be working exclusively with unique, leading organisation in Northamptonshire on a maternity cover Junior HR Business Partner role. The role will pay c£35,000 and will start as soon as possible.
The Junior HR Business Partner will support the business operationally through acting as an advisor to the business on legal, risk and best practice while raising the capability of managers to manage HR issues autonomously. Key areas of the operational support will be related to performance management and absence management. The level of involvement for the HR Business Partner in employee relations work will vary and at times a hands on approach may be required, while other times some simple advice be the solution.
Being part of a small team, there may be shared responsibility on a variety of projects across the generalist spectrum; some of the areas the HR Business Partner can expect to be involved will be recruitment, engagement and training.
You will ideally be CIPD qualified, will be competent in an advisory capacity and will be social media and IT savvy. The ability to influence stakeholders will be key, whilst experience in a customer service led environment would be beneficial.
