Job Title: L&D Administrator
Job Type: Permanent
Job Salary: £19k -£23K
To provide general administrative support to the Snr HR Coordinator in respect the L&D function.
Graduate Development, Trainee and Apprenticeship Programme, including administrative support for recruitment processes and assistance with Group HR Induction at annual intake.
Responsible for Maintaining individual files and monitoring progress of training programmes. CITB Grant Claim and CITB Apprenticeship Levy: Training and Competency System database updating and maintenance. To Input and verify existing training records to the database aswell as logging new joiners' qualifications and training records. Booking courses in line with the Group's Annual Training Plan: Liaising with training providers. Handling all delegate queries. Assistance with Training Room diary management, including arranging refreshments and lunches as required.
Personal Performance Review Process: Monitor, track and collate annual evaluation forms. Liaising across Company departments and divisions in respect of training. General administrative assistance for the wider HR team as required.
The successful candidate would have experience of administration within a Learning and Development environment. They would have already been successfully assisting with training and diary management. Have an excellent attention to detail and an interested in a wider HR function. Proven experience within this environment is highly desired. Must be within a commutable distance to Buckingham.
