Macildowie HR is supporting a leading business within the professional service sector to source an L&D administrator to join their team. This is a brand new role and is much more than your usual administrative position. You will be involved in the setting up and coordination of training courses across the UK and be fundamental in managing external relationships.
With the business continuing to grow, they are very open with how this role may develop. Currently you will be reporting into the Head of HR who develops many of these courses but she encourages collaboration and is looking for someone who can offer new ideas and insight into how the business can progress through it's L&D offering.
You will be part of a large HR team that generates a great buzz and will constantly keep you busy. Developing strong relationships with stakeholders both on site and remotely will be key and will give you a fantastic grounding to your future career in HR.
There will be some requirement to help the HR administrator with some more generalist tasks and there is an expectation that the successful candidate will be happy to help out as and when needed with the wider HR team.
This position will be closing on the 14th of February so please apply now to avoid disappointment.
