Macildowie are proud to be working in partnership with an award winning organisation based in Northamptonshire who are looking for an L&D Advisor to help take the company from strength to strength. The role will pay between £35,000 dependant on experience and will initially be on a 6month FTC.
The role is extremely varied and will comprise of many different aspects of L&D. You will be working within the wider HR team and reporting directly into the Head of L&D. You will be responsible for looking for the gaps in employee knowledge and training needs. Using this information you will source and coordinate relevant training courses and monitor the employees progression throughout.
You will also be working with the wider management team to implement a management development programme in order to offer clear development and succession plans to future talent. You will be working on an improving the induction process in order to welcome talent within the business . This is will involve a lot of mentoring and delivery of some training sessions, dependant on candidate's personal preferences.

You will have previous L&D experience and like working within a wider team as well as managing your own work load. You will be highly organised as well as being really approachable and happy to work within a really collaborative environment.
