this interim Learning and Development HR Business Partner role (6 month fixed term contract).
Working closely with senior leaders to establish the organisation's capability requirements to
develop a learning and development strategy for the technical, operational, regulatory and
professional training agendas across the organisation.
The role holder will be responsible for the shaping and implementation of all technical training,
including the mandatory on-line learning curriculum, ensuring solutions which are engaging
and valued by colleagues.
To be successful in this role you will have sound technical and professional knowledge of the
training landscape in Financial Services together with a good business and commercial awareness.
