Macildowie HR is working with a client in the retail industry to recruit a L&D Coordinator to provide full support to the L&D partners and technical training team, as well as ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. The role will be based in Peterborough, and is initially being offered on a 8 month contract during this busy time for the company, and will be paying up to £24,000.
In this job you will be the first point of call for all L&D enquiries, working closely with the L&D partners and technical training team to provide full support.
You will also be involved in tracking and managing all of the training activity through reporting systems whilst liaising with external venues, training providers and suppliers and sourcing and managing the training materials.
The final main task in this role is to coordinate and schedule the training courses from end to end whilst ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
The Ideal Candidate
A perfect candidate for this role will have a similar background in L&D and excellent administration experience with experience within the retail industry. You should also have previous experience in managing audit trials.
You will also have excellent IT, organisational and time management skills and can work effectively on own and be flexible.
And finally as this role works with everyone in the organisation you must be happy to communicate with all levels.
This position will suit someone who enjoys working in a corporate professional environment and will enjoy the co-ordinating and scheduling of the training courses from end to end.
