Macildowie HR are working with a leading business in Leicester as they are looking for an L&D Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a permanent role paying £18,000-£20,000p.a. depending on experience.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering critical day- to- day L&D operational requirements in a fast paced department, you will be scheduling training, printing training documentation and working in partnership with trainers, HR and the wider business.
You will be the first point of contact within the L&D Academy on a daily basis and will support all offices within the business for their training requirements.
You will schedule training courses for all staff across a number of sites, booking them on the system and send invitations through Outlook , as well as collating monthly reports for the Board of Directors Meetings.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be systematic, disciplined and professional in your approach and ideally come from an L&D Admin background.
You will possess or develop a broad knowledge of the business and will be able to support the delivery of materials to trainers to aide courses.
You will also take a logical and organised approach to delivery and have a keen eye for detail, along with excellent time management skills whilst remaining calm under pressure.
