Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development this role is critical in leading and managing an exceptional Leadership and Professional Development service to the business. Working with the Senior Leadership Team you'll be responsible for delivering the strategy of an effective Leadership and Management offering. Enhancing the professional and leadership capability across the organisation.
You'll expect to be working with key stakeholders mainly the Executive Team to establish a clear understanding of the Senior Leadership Team development requirements, aligning those requirements to the strategic aims of the organisation and ensuring delivery of these objectives. Evolving, shaping and continually improving the leadership framework will be a marker of success in this role ensuring effective Leadership and Management models or theories are living and breathing in the organisation. Winning hearts and minds for a responsive leadership development programme will be demonstrating high performance.
To be successful in this role it requires a degree educated Leadership Development professional who can demonstrate how to successfully apply the range of models and theories associated in effective and engaging Leadership Development frameworks. Un-paralled design and facilitation of well executed Leadership Development frameworks. To navigate the organisation with finesse you will demonstrate absolute credibility in your subject mater expertise. Resilience, agility and independent thought will all be hallmarks of your mode of operation.
