The Client

Our Client is at the forefront of technology and currently growing, they are a small team based within Milton Keynes who recognises the value the right individual can make especially within the learning and development, and training roles. This company is experiencing growth within their Learning and Development/Training and HR Team and this would be an exciting time to join and add real value.

The Role

In this exciting role you will be supporting the development of talent within sales, enhancing capability in pursuit of high performing teams and leadership skills. You will be optimising existing knowledge by proactively ensuring that all training needs are identified, implemented and assessed to ensure maximum return of investment. The L&D role allows you to shape and own the development within the organisation partnering with the HR department, Directors and managers.

The Candidate

You should be able to demonstrate the following:
Evidence of design and delivery of training programs and initiatives including design of sales training and leadership development
Experience in conducting annual training needs analysis and shaping an L&D agenda in line with a training budget
Delivering successful on- boarding programs and initiatives
Ability to develop talent pipeline through innovative means.(manager/graduate/apprentice program)
Ability to prioritise, manage and deploy L&D resources for maximum impact. Able to influence, impact and foster effective relationships with numerous stakeholder's including senior leadership teams
Technically savvy implementing innovative ideas within the development and training remit
Knowledgeable in the areas of sales and leadership development training
Passionate and engaged about wanting to get the best out of people
