Due to expansion and a desire to encourage employee engagement and retention our client are looking to appoint a Learning and Development Manager. This is a brand new permanent role in the business offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to design the L&D function from scratch.
This a varied Learning and Development position encompassing all aspects of the L&D field. You will be responsible for the L&D journey from induction through to Leadership Development. Working closely with the HR and Recruitment functions you will ensure that a creative and commercially impacting Development Agenda is designed. Completing comprehensive LNA as part of the design process and subsequent analysis will enable the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the framework is delivering back to the business.
The role of Learning and Development Manager will require someone with a creative take on learning facilities. You will be able to engage well across all areas of a business, including close stakeholder management of the SMT, VPs and Exec Board. You will possess experience across all areas of Learning and Development. This is a new role to the business so will require someone with passion, an exceptional work ethic and can do attitude.
