This Learning and Development Officer role is starting ASAP in Warwickshire and paying up to £26,000pa

The core of this role is the administrative support of the training cycle; it requires someone to be fully confident in needs analysis, course identifying and coordinating, booking members of staff onto courses and then going the extra mile by liaising with various parties in order to ensure accommodation and travel are arranged for that member of staff.
Doing well in this role means having exceptional communication skills and professionalism, as you will be expected to liaise with training providers as well as management and employees within the business, up to Director level.
As well as the core responsibilities there is onus on this member of staff to support across various learning and development projects, including creating certificates, coordinating induction days, being involved with work experience candidates and interns, and a new project which will be moving appraisals onto a digital system.
Something a little different and exciting is that the business would like this Learning and Development Officer to write a newsletter of bulletins and updates around the training and development within the business.
It is vital that you have experience of the full training cycle, understanding the importance of following the process, updating the system accurately and efficiently. A high attention to detail is vital in this role, which goes hand-in-hand with professionalism in everything you do.
