This Learning & Development role incorporates all areas of the full training life-cycle, soft skills and management development and will give you exposure to a range of stakeholders across the business. Looking for a Learning & Development professional with experience in the full training life-cycle and who is keen to get involved in management development, graduate development, performance management, talent & succession planning, diversity & inclusion and culture as well a range of forward thinking projects!
You will have the autonomy and support to bring in new initiatives whilst working with an engaged and collaborative work-force working in modern offices. The role is paying £35,000 - £38,000 p.a, 10% bonus, generous pension and 25 days plus bank holidays.
Reporting into the Learning & Development and Talent Manager and working with the wider HR team you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as heads of departments, the wider HR team, professional bodies such as colleges, universities and training providers. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills in order to design and deliver engaging sessions both 121 and in groups ensuring that programmes always produce great ROI. You will lead on the graduate training programme to ensure it's up to date and delivering as well as boosting the apprentice intake for next year across all functions.
Working in collaboration with the wider mini centre of excellent HR team you be involved in talent & succession planning with the HR Business Partners in order to ensure all employees have good development plans and that high potential employees are having career conversations and development so that they stay and progress within the business.
There will also be an opportunity to work on management development. We are looking for someone with the confidence in ensuring all appraisals are working well and supporting line managers in this area to ensure they are equipped to support their team.

You will be experienced in the full training life-cycle (TNA, design, delivery and evaluation) in particular facilitation or be confident in this area. We are looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic L&D professional who is keen to continue to learn and has confidence in talking to all levels of employees in the business. This is not a 'technical' training role so we are looking for professionals who have worked in a true all rounded L&D role not just delivery/training.
