A financial services organisation who are going through a change in their operating model due to continuous growth are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to support on an implementation of a new system, managing a project to design and deliver varied training for all employees. This is a fantastic role for someone wanting to design and deliver training across all three sites (Leicestershire, Bristol and London) and for someone who wants to see a project from beginning to end. The role can be based in or between any of these sites and will involve travel depending on training needs and is paying £220 - £250 a day depending on your experience.
Reporting into the Head of HR and working with the wider HR team, you will design and deliver detailed training plans on all processes and procedure in both workshops and one to one to ensure there's an opportunity to practise on demo sites. Once the sales model is agreed, we will then need to design and deliver induction as well as product training to all employees.
The role will encompass weekly travel and is highly likely to go on for more than 3 months!
As an experienced L&D professional you will get to grips with the system quickly. You will be talked through the new process in order to draft up detailed training material to deliver sessions for at least a 3 month period. We are looking for someone with energy and excellent communication skills!
