Macildowie HR is really excited to be working in partnership with a market leading manufacturing business based in Peterborough who is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist. This is a permanent position for someone looking to help take the company from strength to strength. The role will pay between £25,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience.
The role is extremely varied and will comprise of many different aspects of L&D. You will be working within the wider HR team and reporting directly into the HR Manager. You will be responsible for rolling out the People Excellence Programme with the support of the wider HR team and be involved in designing, planning and implementation of employee engagement related projects. This will include designing focus groups to analyse engagement survey results and support managers with effective action plans. The role will also involve liaising with the talent team to coordinate training and development initiatives and providing training admin support. You will need to manage the content of the learning dashboards in the business and be responsible for drafting and sending out regular HR communications.

You will have previous L&D or HR experience and like working within a wider team as well as managing your own work load. You will be highly organised as well as being really approachable and happy to work within a really collaborative environment.
