Macildowie HR are working across the board with a market leading FTSE organisation who is looking for a Learning and Development Trainer. You will have experience in supporting the full training life-cycle and will be confident and bubbly. We are looking for a fantastic communicator and someone innovative, driven and professional with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. The role is a regional role, with the business' head office based in Warwickshire, paying £30,000 + Competitive Bonus + Car

The Job
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the Trainer will deliver on-site and head office based training for field-based and management teams. Working collaboratively with the L&D team, you will inform the creation of training plans, impact the training paths for employees and deliver a host of training courses from induction to management.

As well as the delivery of training, this role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can work with colleagues in order to assess and identify training needs. Working with such autonomy and so independently, it will be the trainer's responsibility to ensure all information is up to date and translated onto the Learning and Development system.

There is a strong element of stakeholder management within this role as solid working relationships are key, as well as the ability to liaise with external suppliers in order to analyse and benchmark training and qualification frameworks.

In addition to the day-to-day, there are a lot of really exciting projects for you to get involved in, making this a seriously exciting opportunity for a L&D Trainer who really wants to get stuck in and grow their portfolio in order to develop their career and progress.
