Macildowie HR are working with a global, leading organisation who is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Officer to join their team. This is such an exciting time for the business, with plans to almost double in size over the next two years. This role will involve the full training life-cycle whilst you actively promote a positive learning and development culture throughout the whole of the business. You will be based in Warwickshire and working nationally. The role is permanent and paying up to £26,000.
Reporting into the Learning & Development Manager, you will identify training needs by working closely with line managers, analysing trends to identify specific staff development needs to assist in the creation and implementation of tailored training for a range of staff throughout the company. This is a multi-site role which will require some travel so that you can build strong relationships throughout the business. You will be involved in analysing and evaluating the outcomes to ensure you bring in new ideas to continuously implement new training material to push the organisation forward.
As this is such an exciting time of growth, the organisation want to make sure that they are analysing and strategizing to the best of their ability so that the development can continue as the business doubles in size. This requires someone with heavy attention to detail and the desire to do a great job and really own their workload.
You will have previous experience of working with a Learning & Development role and the full training life-cycle. With a high attention to detail, your passion will be around doing the best job that you can do in analysing and evaluating strategy in order to develop and implement better practices. You will also have a passion for developing people and have experience and the confidence in training soft skills to Management and Leadership development. You will personable and approachable with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
There is a requirement for the right candidate to hold a training qualification, for example CIPD, and have a minimum of 1 year's experience specialisin in Learning and Developmet.
