We have a fantastic opportunity for Legal Services Assistant within our Clients Nottingham office. Working as part of their brilliant Legal Support Services team, you will truly add value by enabling their legal departments to deliver a high quality service to clients.
As someone with previous legal secretary experience, you will be confident and competent when providing support with case research and post completion work. This may include online applications, e.g. Companies House, Land Registry, undertaking searches and completion of Stamp Duty Land Tax.
You will also be involved in the management of key dates and delivery milestones and assisting with the coordination of client reports, helping to ensure that delivery milestones are achieved.
They are looking for someone who can operate with professionalism and expertise, as you will be liaising with both internal and external clients. You will be methodical, organised and flexible in your approach to work.
You would be expected to have the following skills and experience:
