Macildowie HR is currently looking for an LMS Project Administrator to join a market leading business based in Northamptonshire. The business has gone from strength to strength and due to their continued growth is providing dedicated support functions from their site in Northampton. This person will be responsible for the implantation of the new LMS (Learner Management System) within the business. This role is paying £21,000 and is initially on a 6 month FTC.
The role will involve
Setting up courses and updating process on the new system.
Supporting the managers with the implementation of the system and rolling out
Undertaking 30-40 hours of self learning in order to be familiar with the system and answer queries relating to it.
Support with the training of other administrators once the system has been built
Undertaking data integrity checks following the migration of employee data from the HR Information System into the Learner Management System
Maintain learning, performance and succession records
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience with working on an LMS or HR related system. You will be able to multi task as this role will be extremely fast paced with various projects going on at any one time. You will be able to develop relationships with other team members and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
