Job Description

Macildowie Finance is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant for a leading Education/Training provider in the Grantham area. The role is a real opportunity to get within a business that is a global market leader within their field and make a real difference with the work you produce on a daily basis.

You will be joining a commercially astute establishment which values its employees and stakeholders. The position is paying £28-35k depending on experience.

General duties include:
-Management Reports including KPI's and business divisions
-Communication and relationship building with all areas of business to help improve process and hit targets
-Budgeting and communicating with budget holders
-Forecasting Monthly figures
-Knowing systems inside-out to ensure development and improvement of reports
-Assistance with implementation and improvements of systems when necessary

The ideal candidate will be part or newly qualified and have a passion for financial systems as well as at least 3 years of experience within a similar position. You will be confident in communicating with finance and non-finance stakeholders. Excellent/Intermediate Microsoft Excel capability is essential (Pivot Tables & V-Lookups as a minimum)
