Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to assist in growing and cleansing the company UK and Global database for a company based in Market Harborough. This role will be working closely with The Global Operations Manager, Marketing Manager and Consultant teams to deliver various data led projects. This would be a brilliant opportunity with a keen interest in Marketing.
This is a permanent full time position.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Database maintenance / cleansing
Data project delivery
Sourcing of Clients
Sourcing of Contacts
Sourcing of Candidates
Liaising with data team to ensure delivery of projects
Setting and sending e-shots and hard copy mailings
Organising mail house collections and marketing stock
Managing returned mail
Writing/assisting with content for e-shots and literature ensuring it's in line with brand guidelines and house style
Arranging and attending promotional events and activities
Website management, updating and removing content and checking
Ad hoc marketing assistance as required
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Upload and formatting of CV's to database
Provide general administrative and clerical support
General Ad Hoc duties within the office
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you will need to have a C or above in GCSE English. You must have the ability to multi task, have administration experience, be professional, excellent telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, knowledge of social media and be able to remain calm under pressure. It would also be a benefit that you have previous project experience.
