Macildowie Marketing are currently partnering with a multinational business in the Warwickshire area who are seeking an experienced strategic B2B Marketing professional to drive the marketing team and deliver a solid return on investment. The Marketing Communications Manager will report to the Marketing Director and lead and develop the marketing communications and in-house design and production teams, motivating them to perform to the best of their ability. This position will take the lead in defining effective marketing communications plans and building the UK brand as well as developing good working relationships with other departments, ensuring marketing is a positive force within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
-The Marketing Communications Manager will support growth and build brand awareness in key market sectors, keeping in line with global brand values and long-term strategies.
-You will utilise leading edge marketing techniques that will keep the brand at the forefront of the industry and deliver full mix, targeted, impactful marketing activity plans for each of the key customer sectors that delivers measurable ROI.
-Leading the Marketing Communications and Design and Production teams will be crucial and you will be responsible for motivating, engaging and developing their talent with a strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring and continuous improvement.
-Maintaining a strong focus on ROI for all activity will be important for future planning, ensuring customer insight is considered at every stage. You will also provide regular updates and reports on project plans within the Marketing department to key stakeholders across the business. You will maintain a high level of market, competitor and customer knowledge and understanding.
-Team leadership and management experience in a Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing position.
-CIM Level 6 Diploma or equivalent Marketing qualification
-Demonstrable experience in the design and execution of effective marketing communications strategies
-Excellent communication skills - oral and written
-Strong creative, strategic, analytical and organisational skills
-Strong background in digital communications strategies
-Experience of managing budgets and the planning process
-Able to communicate with, engage and influence senior stakeholders
-Working knowledge of the design and production process for traditional and new media channels
