Job Description

Macildowie are working with an established business based in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for working alongside the Board of directors to support, manage and influence the marketing strategy across the business, helping to bring the strategy to life and manage the Marketing Department.

  • Lead and manage all marketing activities in line with sales and operations activities
  • Generating new leads and support the sales team during the sales process to increase conversion rates
  • Keep in touch with existing clients utilising relevant email campaigns
  • Develop and ensure we send appropriate communication to our client base during the onboarding process
  • Managing the design and production of the website
  • To manage and oversee all marketing campaigns to support
  • Manage the use of social media to reinforce employer brand, service offerings and position as partner of choice in the industry
  • Provide marketing material / ensure that the brand is consistent throughout
  • Support the Marketing Team in creating engaging and creative content (including video, graphic design, social media, blogs and e-mail marketing) that will help generate quality leads throughout the sales and marketing life cycle
  • Measuring and analysing the success of digital campaigns including PPC and SEO
  • Use and develop the CRM system effectively to increase efficiency and accuracy of reporting ensuring processes are streamlined
  • Managing and negotiating with third party vendors to support with the overall strategy

The candidate:

  • University degree
  • Experience of working in a Marketing role at Management level (line management experience)
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to lead/implement strategies
  • Experience using Hootsuite or other social media management platforms
  • Analytical skills
  • Likes and enjoys learning and developing self
  • Investigative, a self-starter who proposes solutions
  • Creative and thinks outside the box, driven to make a difference
  • Ability to see the bigger picture
  • Critical thinking, reviewing outcomes
