Product Administrator
Nottingham
£21,000
Permanent ASAP start


Macildowie are pleased to be recruiting for a Product Administration for a very well established, market leader in their industry.


Our client has recently had a restructure of their Merchandise team, meaning they are now looking for a full time Product Administrator to join them to help drive the customer satisfaction, by monitoring the flow of stock through the whole supply chain.


Working hours are between 8am and 6pm (shifts 8-4/9-5/10-6)


Role & Responsibilities:


Running reports and distributing to the team
Purchase order creation
Inventory delivery date maintenance
Monitoring auto replenishment levels as well as other ad-hoc tasks and reports.
Track and manage orders from supplier to warehouse to stores
Support in managing the replenishment system to deliver optimal use of available stock at store level
Run weekly, monthly and seasonal reports in an accurate and timely manner


Ideal Candidate:


Excellent Excel skills
SAP experience preferable
Able to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
Great communication skills
Ability to take responsibility for own workload
Self-motivated
Fast moving consumer goods experience
Warehouse experience
Previously dealt with shipments
