Sales Trainer - £30,000 - £35,000 + car - National (80% Travel)
This opportunity is for someone who is passionate about designing and delivering training. Being based from home or in the nearest office to you, your role will initially be to work alongside the L&D Manager to revamp the current training, giving you the opportunity to be creative and really put your own stamp on what is being delivered.
The initial few months will be design based, as it is their quietest training period, which will be a great opportunity to really integrate into the business and get to know your team.
Your role will then be to deliver Sales Training nationally, working with the Sales teams to increase sales company wide but in the right, emotive and empathetic way. This is not for a hard-hitting sales person but does require a strong, confident trainer with bags of enthusiasm.
As well as delivering in a classroom environment there will be the opportunity to coach staff members on a one-to-one basis, building strong networks throughout the business.
The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, a good level of soft-skills and sales delivery experience is needed alongside being a strong and coaching character.
The organisation are keen to find a creative, passionate and articulate Learning and Development Trainer / Facilitator that will really get involved with the implementation and design of training including E-Learning
This is a national role so you must be happy to travel a large region with a high level of over night stay (up to 80% travel)
