Macildowie are currently looking for a Senior Administrator/Secretary working for a business based in Oakham.
This is a permanent full time position.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with project administration
Responding to emails
Answering the busy telephone
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you must have strong administration skills including audio typing experience. You must have a strong telephone manner, excellent communication skills and be fully conversant with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
