Macildowie are currently recruiting for an Office Manager working within a Domiciliary Care industry based in Coventry. You will efficiently manage the day to day running of the business. Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality homecare to Clients. Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.
This is a permanent full time position.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Be responsible for the development of the company, the service, office staff and carers out in the field.
-Promote the highest standards of care and service.
-Ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business.
-Drive business forward to achieve/exceed KPI's and targets.
-Develop and manage relationships with clients, local authority, customers and their families
-Seek opportunities to strengthen professional relationships with business critical individuals and identify business development opportunities and networks.
-Take accountability for office and carer compliance ensuring CQC regulations and company policies are maintained.
-Implement the Acquire Care complaints procedure and handle complaints effectively against policy.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you MUST be a registered domiciliary care manager.
